Salesforce Setup; Now Even Easier
Jeff Grosse | February 11, 2010Staples may have the corner on that “Easy button” thing, but Salesforce now has an “Easy box.” It’s called Setup Enhancer for Salesforce and it’s about to make navigating the Setup tree a whole lot easier.
Setup Enhancer for Salesforce is a Greasemonkey script that helps you find just what you’re looking for in Setup with a minimal number of keystrokes. Looking for Account Validation Rules? Don’t hit all those plus signs out there and scroll down endlessly. Type “val” and you’ll have one list of just validation rules. To learn more, check out the video.
All you need to run Setup Enhancer for Salesforce is
- Firefox 3.5 or greater
- Greasemonkey
- Setup Enhancer for Salesforce

ThomasTThanks for this link! Per a review comment exchange with the author, this also works with Google Chrome’s native support for Greasemonkey scripts, at least in the latest Mac (and probably Linux) betas channel releases, and the latest Windows Dev channel release.

Imagine the power of Chatter for students who can now share; classes, study groups, assignment projects, social interests, curricula, career aspirations, content, research, etc., in a SECURE environment; flexible enough for personalization while leveraging a common security and data model?
And what happens when the student graduates? A shared platform for Alumni relations; business partnerships and development.
